Major work began in autumn 2023 and will take three years to complete.

The aim is to boost the transport of goods by water, by increasing its length from 110 m to 144.60 m, to accommodate boats of up to 135 m.
This project is part of the Seine-Escaut link, designed to ease the flow of river traffic.

IVEA is contributing to this project by supplying new electric actuators for leaf and casement operation, manufactured in its Vendée workshops.

• Capacity: 30 tonnes push/pull
• Stroke: 2700 mm
• Servomotor: torque 4000 Nm
• Shock absorber: on-board at rod end
• Mounting: gimbal with sealed cradle
